It seems like Roepke is just repackaging dirsiibutstm...One note is that the instability he's using to argue for increased government intervention is actually caused by government intervention. He specifically uses the business cycle as an example. If he can't understand that the business cycle is caused by government intervention in the form of central bank tinkering with interest rates and the money supply, I see no reason to pay him attention.
